Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our horologists inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
